Adv. Rabello joined the firm after serving as a law clerk under the (then) Vice President of the Supreme Court, Menahem Elon. Adv. Rabello served as a member of the editorial board of “Mishpatim” (Law Review) and as a teaching and research assistant in Contracts, Evidence, and Constitutional Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Adv. Rabello has been involved in a wide range of the firm’s civil-commercial cases, with particular emphasis on complex litigation, including representation in civil courts, labor courts, arbitration and mediation. Adv. Rabello has considerable experience in the field of tenders, and has counseled the Tenders Committee throughout all stages of issuing and granting tenders for a significant public project in Jerusalem, valued in excess of $100 million. Adv. Rabello also provides legal counsel to a prominent Governmental entity in the field of administrative law litigation, tenders, and contractual claims.
In addition, Adv. Rabello handles and coordinates complex real estate transactions and estates, and regularly counsels the firm’s clients in Contracts Law, Corporate Law, Property Law, Labor Law, Libel, Non-Profit Corporations, and Trusts and Estates.
Adv. Rabello, together with Adv. Isaac Molho, is also handling bankruptcy proceedings of the Karta Company – the first governmental company in liquidation proceedings. Adv. Rabello also represents a sizeable governmental agency against companies in various insolvency proceedings.
In this regard, the company's assets were improved and an auction was held to sell the Karta parking lot. The leasehold rights in the parking lot were also sold for an amount of more than 100 million NIS (an amount proportionately greater than the appraised asset value)
Recent Significant Activities:
Represented the State (together with Adv. David N. Shimron) in a claim comprising hundreds of millions of shekels submitted by the Water Company and Kibbutzim in the Jordan Valley.
Legal Counsel to the Tenders Committee in a project – granting tenders valued in excess of $100 million.
Representation in Administrative Petitions related to various tenders.
Handling of complex real estate projects.
