Adv. Rachel Shay has considerable experience in commercial and corporate law and represents several clients in matters related to financing and investments, venture capital funds, licensing and technology, contracts and other commercial matters.
Adv. Shay received two undergraduate degrees in history and in law in Australia and, during her studies, was a member of the editorial board of Australia’s Journal of Human Rights.
As a student and thereafter, Adv. Shay worked as a legal assistant in the Australian Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Adv. Shay immigrated to Israel in 2000 and continued her academic studies, completing a master's degree at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law. Before joining the firm, Adv. Shay completed her internship at the Ministry of Justice and then served as legal advisor to a non-profit organization.
