Adv. Eli Arbiv practices in a wide variety of matters in the commercial and civil fields, primarily in corporate law, liquidation and bankruptcy. Adv. Arbiv also provides legal counsel to the firm’s commercial clients in the field of media as well as in various commercial transactions.
Adv. Arbiv is a part of the firm’s team handling the complex insolvency case of the Heftsiba Group, the largest insolvency case in the history of the State of Israel, which included several large building projects and thousands of families of apartment purchasers.
Adv. Arbiv joined our legal team after completion of his internship with the firm.
Adv. Arbiv earned his LL.B. at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law, in a special program for excellent students, where he also obtained a Master's degree, specializing in Financing and Accounting. In 2011, Adv. Arbiv completed his LL.M. studies in Commercial Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem Faculty of Law, and is now preparing a research proposal for doctoral studies.
