Molho, together with a team of partners and associates, has negotiated and facilitated arrangements with various Israeli banks, enabling the projects to be completed and apartments to be transferred to the thousands of purchasers who would otherwise have lost their investments. These proceedings have been largely successful and all the Purchasers have taken possession of the apartments purchased. Recently, the team is involved in locating and realizing the Group’s assets and rights. These activities entail numerous legal proceedings and lawsuits, many of which are quite complex and reach a scope of tens of millions of New Israeli Shekels each.

The firm, pursuant to Isaac Molho’s appointment as Special Administrator, has also been directing the management of Karta – Central Jerusalem Development Company Ltd. (in liquidation), which is the first governmental company in Israel to undergo liquidation proceedings. Under Adv. Molho and the firm’s handling of Karta’s management, the company’s property was upgraded and a tender was held for the sale of the Karta parking lot located in Jerusalem , where the long-term leasehold rights to the parking lot were sold for an amount upward of NIS 100 million (which considerably exceeded the appraiser's valuation of the property).

Outside of the legal arena, throughout the years since its establishment, the firm has maintained a close relationship with the various governments of Israel, while remaining firmly apolitical. From 1996-1999, Adv. Molho served as Prime Minister Netanyahu’s special envoy and as the Israeli Government's chief negotiator in the peace negotiations with the Palestinian Authority, under the auspices of the United States Government.
