in all aspects of property purchase, from the handling of statutory planning issues with the Planning Authorities and the relevant Government agencies, including the Israel Lands Administration, Planning and Construction Department and Ministry of Tourism, to development, construction and sale. The firm also deals with the financing of such projects.
In addition, the firm regularly represents clients in administrative and judicial proceedings before planning committees, appeals committees and courts.

firm handles large-scale governmental projects, both of the State of Israel and of foreign governments in Israel, including tender proceedings and negotiations with the relevant authorities.
