You agree that all disputes arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Site shall be brought before the courts of Jerusalem, Israel, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such matter, irrespective of your residence or where you accessed the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SMP may enforce these Terms by obtaining injunctive relief in any applicable jurisdiction.
SMP may transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with its rights under these Terms without notifying you or obtaining your consent. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. Please note that if SMP fails to exercise one or more of its rights in accordance with these Terms, this does not constitute any waiver by it of these rights, and such failure cannot be used as a basis for a claim of estoppel or waiver.
