E.S. Shimron, I. Molho, Persky & Co.is a full-service law firm that has been serving Israeli and international clients of the highest level for 70 years.

The firm was founded in Jerusalem in 1953 by Erwin S. Shimron, Israel’s second State Attorney, a renowned litigator and commercial attorney.

Upon Mr. Shimron’s untimely passing in 1978, the reins were taken over by universally respected managing partner Isaac Molho who, along with partners Orrin Persky and David Shimron, led the firm into the new millennium, expanding it while maintaining its essential character as a compact but versatile firm.

The firm’s traditional practice expanded into new fields opened up by Israel’s developing economy, such as insolvency and restructuring, telecommunications and media, the hi-tech industry and venture capital.

One of the first Israeli firms to maintain an international practice, the firm has vast experience leading foreign clients, including businesses and investors, through the intricacies of the Israeli administrative and legal systems. SMP assists and leads Israeli entrepreneurs, individuals and organisations in their international affairs, through cooperation with local and international law firms around the world

The firm is consistently ranked by leading legal directories in a variety of practices. Attorneys who started out in the firm have gone on to become judges, law professors and government ministers.
