Shira Schlaff specializes in several commercial and corporate areas including telecommunications, hi-tech, licensing, research and development agreements and complex software and hardware contracts.
Shira is also a highly experienced litigator. She has worked on complex class action suits, and has represented pharmaceutical companies on issues of manufacturer liability for defective products.
Shira also handles complex transactions and negotiations, performing due diligence, and drafting legal memoranda on complicated legal issues.
During her studies, Shira volunteered at the Israeli Supreme Court, and performed research in comparative law for its former president, Prof. Aharon Barak.
Prior to joining SMP, Shira worked at leading US firms, Pepper Hamilton LLP and Kirkland Ellis LLP.
