Securing and closing of a forign investment in addition to a future financing commitment, for the financing of the execution of a large urban renewal project in Jerusalem, consisting of the evacuation of 180 existing housing units in six buildings, in favor of the construction of a new residential complex, in which three residential towers will be built, including up to 680 new housing units, open public areas, commercial areas, and areas built for public needs.

For over thirty years, our firm has represented the US State Department and the US General Consulate in Jerusalem. Among other matters, our firm has handled the agreement between the US Government and private landowners for a long-term lease of land in Jerusalem’s Arnona neighborhood, earmarked for a new Consulate building, which is the first and only diplomatic structure built in Jerusalem since Israel declared its independence in 1948.
