Anat Yanai joined SMP in 2014, bringing with her a decade of legal experience in the practice area of real estate and other areas of civil and commercial law.

Anat specializes in advising private sector and commercial clients on the purchase and sale of properties, combination transactions, purchase groups, financing agreements, property rights, land parceling, land registration, and private and commercial rental agreements.
