Gil Ephrati specializes in civil and commercial law, with particular expertise in corporate and insolvency law. He also has considerable experience in technology license agreements, telecommunications agreements and real estate law (including TAMA 38), as well as commercial litigation and labor law.
Gil handles large-scale litigation cases, involving large amounts of data and documentation. This includes a complex case in the biotechnology field, conducted in the Tel Aviv District Court, and in which the firm represented a large group of American investors.
Currently, Gil coordinates the major insolvency cases handled by the firm, including that of the Heftsiba Group. Gil also handles urban renewal projects, representing tenants in TAMA 38 projects, and investors in gentrification projects.
