Adv. Rachel Shay’s multi-disciplined practice encompasses a wide variety of commercial transactions for leading Israeli and international clients, including complex cross border M&A’s, venture capital (establishing funds and handling all legal aspects of their operations), private equity financings, and complex cross-border commercial transactions (including real estate). She has extensive experience in day to day corporate and commercial matters and serves as counsel to a number of Israeli companies and NGO’s, providing them with ongoing legal advice on a full range of routine and complex corporate and commercial issues.
In addition to her other commercial and transactional work, Rachel Shay specializes in international technology licensing and data protection issues. She advises clients on GDPR and local data protection law and compliance issues and has excelled in assisting clients, to achieve GDPR and Israeli privacy law compliance.
