Shai has led the corporate acquisition activities for leading Israeli-based multi-nationals, established and represented venture capital funds, and represented private investors in venture capital transactions.
Shai serves as legal advisor to most of the firm’s hi-tech clients.
Shai is a highly experienced litigator in complex commercial transactions, managing several cases in this practice area.
Shai has been recognized by the prestigious European Legal 500 guide, in the fields of hi-tech, startups and venture capital.
Shai has also been distinguished by the prestigious Legal 500, and recognized as “excellent” for his representation of public companies in transactions ranging between $50 million to $100 million.
Shai is a member of the Israel Bar Association’s hi-tech committee.
Adv. Shai Ganor is the partner heading the firm’s Tel Aviv office. He specializes in corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on hi-tech, venture capital, and M&A. Adv. Ganor serves as legal advisor to most of the firm’s hi-tech clients.
Adv. Ganor has also been involved in the establishment and representation of VC funds and has advised private investors in hi-tech ventures and investments. In addition, Adv. Ganor advises both sizable Israeli companies as well as targets in M&A transactions as well as in other complex commercial transactions both in Israel and abroad.
He was also recommended by the Legal 500 in past editions, as well as being “excellent” for representation of public companies in transactions ranging between $50 million to $100 million.
Additionally, Adv. Ganor was recommended in the past by the Legal 500 EMEA in the fields of hi-tech, start-up companies and venture capital.
Prior to joining the firm in 1991, Adv. Ganor served as a law clerk for the late Miriam Naor (then a Jerusalem District Court justice, and subsequently the President of the Supreme Court).
