Yitzchak Goldstein specializes in intellectual property law, advising clients on a wide range of issues related to intellectual property, including licensing agreements, trademark applications and the challenging of such applications, legal opinions and more.
Yitzchak heads the team providing ongoing legal counsel to Israel Railways in the fields of administrative litigation, tenders and contractors’ claims. He also has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation proceedings, including administrative petitions and injunctions.
Yitzchak has comprehensive experience in drafting complex commercial contracts in various commercial fields. He has vast experience in all aspects of tenders, and has advised a client on a NIS 1.5 billion national infrastructure project.
Yitzchak served as a teaching assistant and research assistant for several years in the areas of property law, copyright law, Jewish Law and tort law at Bar-Ilan University, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and the Hod Hasharon, Ramat Gan and Netanya colleges.
