The Supreme Court of Israel and the High Court of Justice (in front of an extended panel of nine judges) accepted our clients' arguments (Likud party and former MK Amichai Shikli), regarding fundamental constitutional issues concerning the basic right to be elected to the Knesset, and ruled that former members of the Knesset Amichai Shikli and Idit Silman may be included in the Likud party's list in the elections for the 25th Knesset.

In a landmark petition, that was heard in front of 11 Supreme Court Judges, dealing with the constitutional matter of the Prime Minister's right to form the government; the High Court of Justice, the Supreme Court of Israel, ruled in favor of our clients, the Likud Party and the Prime Minister, in a ruling that facilitated the formation of a new government led by our clients, while denying the petitions alleging the prevention.

The firm represents the Order of the Salesians of Don Bosco in a transaction, and several complex litigation cases. Our efforts have enabled our client to execute the transaction and to facilitate the sale of approximately 1000 dunams of land in Beit Shemesh, estimated at NIS 300 million, on which a large real estate project is planned with approximately 5,000 residential units.
