Constitutional issue concerning the right to be elected

The Supreme Court of Israel and the High Court of Justice (in front of an extended panel of nine judges) accepted our clients’ arguments (Likud party and former MK Amichai Shikli), regarding fundamental constitutional issues concerning the basic right to be elected to the Knesset, and ruled that former members of the Knesset Amichai Shikli and Idit Silman may be included in the Likud party’s list in the elections for the 25th Knesset.
