Our firm (Adv. Shaul Shimron) represents Azorim in an urban renewal project in Arnona, Jerusalem, for the demolition of four old buildings and the construction of a new complex, with two residential towers comprising 144 new apartments above a commercial center and public areas.
Our firm has dealt with various issues within the scope of this project, including contractual matters, reaching the required majority, certain litigation, and helping Azorim obtain the building permit, enabling the construction of the project, which was recently granted.
