Representation of a real estate developer in the sale agreement of office, commerce, and parking spaces, valued at NIS 300 million, to a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The complex sale agreement included the sale of office spaces of up to 12,000 sqm (12 floors), commerce areas in the scope of about 300 sqm, and parking spaces, that will be constructed by our client in a newly established tower located in Tel Aviv for combined uses of offices, commerce, residence, and hotels.
