Supreme Court’s ruling facilitated the formation of a new government

In a landmark petition, that was heard in front of 11 Supreme Court Judges, dealing with the constitutional matter of the Prime Minister’s right to form the government; the High Court of Justice, the Supreme Court of Israel, ruled in favor of our clients, the Likud Party and the Prime Minister, in a ruling that facilitated the formation of a new government led by our clients, while denying the petitions alleging the prevention.
